Acute Care

Southern Inyo Hospital has four acute care beds for care and monitoring of moderately ill patients.  Physician service is provided by Valley Emergency Physicians, and the recent upgrades in laboratory and radiological services have allowed more patients to stay longer, rather than being transferred to out-of-town hospitals far from the comforts of home and family.
