Barbara Southey serves as a HR Manager with experience and knowledge in a variety of HR functional areas.

Prior to joining SIHD, Barbara worked in industries including construction management as a Document Controls Specialist and Worksite Office Manager, Department of Defense Support Services Contractor as a Lead Sr. Technical Writer and Data Security Analyst; State of Nevada agencies as an Information Technology Specialist, and also in Aerospace Engineering as a Program Manager.

Currently, she manages HR administration, employee relations and staffing. Her immediate plans are to help the organization become fully digital using a complaint  human capital management system.
