Raychel has been a Speech Language Pathologist since 1996. As a graduate of Texas Christian University, she was well prepared for the many challenges and settings she has been in. She has worked on the Navajo reservation, in public schools, in skilled nursing facilities, a behavioral health hospital, and owned and operated her own private pediatric clinic for twelve years. Changes in healthcare and family growth opportunities brought her to California in 2016.

Most recently she was the Rehabilitation Services Director at Northern Inyo Healthcare District for 4 years before deciding to bring her skills and expertise in growing a practice to Southern Inyo. She plans on developing a well-rounded therapy department that treats the whole person and that  the community of Lone Pine can be proud of.

In her spare time Raychel plays tennis with her husband and two daughters, who have been beating her at the game since they were in elementary school. She also loves to snow ski., scuba dive, and write.  She is currently in the process of getting her first book published and already has ideas for more books to come.
