In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, we are partnering with Northern Inyo Hospital to offer mammogram screenings and complimentary shuttle transportation for our community!
Event Details:
- Dates: Thursday, October 8 & Friday, October 23
- First Screening Date: We have 18 appointments available on October 8, and 18 appointments available on October 23rd – and would love to fill every slot!
- Location: Northern Inyo Hospital, Bishop, CA
- Transportation: Complimentary shuttle service to and from Southern Inyo Hospital is available.
- Eligibility: Must be 40 years of age or older and due for an annual mammogram.
- Requirements: Proof of insurance is required. No referral is necessary.
- Reservations: Appointments are required for mammogram screenings and shuttle transportation.
- Special Addition: A complimentary goody bag from Northern Inyo Hospital will be provided to everyone who completes their screening!
