Job Summary: Promotes and restores residents’ health by providing physical and psychological support and care to patients and their families. Responsible for providing nursing care to all patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Understands the role of the vocational nurse as a part of the nursing team.
Clinic Medical Assistant
Job Summary: A Medical Assistant, or a Clinical Assistant, is responsible for assisting Providers in providing care to their patients. Their duties include recording and updating medical histories and contact information in patient files, scheduling patient appointments, and performing standard care procedures like drawing blood, checking vitals, or collecting lab samples.
Lab Assistant-Phlebotomist
Job Summary: Performs laboratory tests, prepares samples, and produces accurate and reliable data. Follow procedures, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain equipment. Contribute to the collection of valid results in a laboratory environment.
Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: Administrative support for all chief officers, Medical Staff, and the Board of Directors. This includes answering phones, managing schedules, ensuring chiefs are prepared for meetings, assisting with document preparation, scheduling Board meetings, completing Board packets, and posting public notices.
Physical Therapist
Job Summary: To provide skilled physical therapy services, case management, and consultation to inpatients, skilled nursing facility (SNF) residents, and outpatients across the continuum of care. Evaluates, plans, and delivers individualized treatment programs, and collaborates with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes. Able to work in settings requiring very independent functioning.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Skilled Nursing
Job Summary: Promotes and restores residents’ health by providing physical and psychological support and care to patients and their families. Understands the role of the vocational nurse as part of the nursing team.
