Dietary Food Service Worker

A Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing healthy meals and ensuring that patients have the proper food based on their needs. They work closely with Dieticians, Cooks, providing them details on allergies or restrictions to create plans accordingly. They must prepare food according to instructions while adhering strictly to safety and health standards. understanding a customer-oriented approach, competence in all technical aspects of their job and an understanding of what customers’ needs might be to meet those requirements with ease.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Skilled Nursing

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents. This position is responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, providing treatments, and implementing care plans developed in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The LVN ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a nurturing environment that prioritizes resident comfort and dignity.

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Skilled Nursing Facility is responsible for providing high-quality clinical nursing care to residents. This role encompasses comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care tailored to individual patient needs, consistent with the physician’s plan of care and facility policies. The RN serves as a supervisory leader for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring that residents receive continuous, compassionate care throughout their stay. They act as patient advocates and educators, guiding residents and families through the complexities of aging and specific health issues.
